| Description | The Self-financing Post-secondary Scholarship Scheme (SPSS) funded by the Education Bureau (EDB), HKSAR aims to give recognition not only to students with outstanding academic performance, but also those with talents/achievements in other non-academic areas.
FIVE types of scholarships / awards under the SPSS are now open for application to students of Full-time Top-up Degree programmes (2021 Cohort) and Year 2 & 3 Full-time 3-year Degree Programmes (2019 & 2020 Cohort):
- Outstanding Performance Scholarship (OPS)
- Talent Development Scholarship (TDS)
- Reaching Out Award (ROA)
- Best Progress Award (BPA)
- Endeavour Scholarship (EDS)
Each eligible student can choose only ONE scholarship in the application. Students who would like to apply for the SPSS 2021-2022 please register online.
